Has anyone studded their phazer track? Did anyone put on tunnel protectors? I would like to see pictures

Yea there is a bunch of people that have done it, including myself. And yes you do have to run tunnel protectors all the way to the front of the tunnel. For more info try a search here in the forum for studding. This was discussed a lot last year before Yamaha came out with their tunnel protection kit because people had to design there own setups. That's what I did.
(In opinion they should have had that ready when they released the sled, not a year later after release)

Exactly...
I don't know what Yamaha sells the "stock" protectors for, but mine are similair to yours and less than $20 if I remember correctly.
