POwder Lites Nytro Turbo Kit

Wow I just opened the box guys and started going through it. Dave has put alot of value in his latest Nytro kits. The man is a craftsman at making parts especially his intercoolers. I will post results as I get it installed. I rode the machine last night stock it has 64kms now should be ready for a turbo now? It is a riot to ride will br better with boost. Dave also states that his Nytro kits may possibly pull a standard boosted ape . We will see.

Great to hear positive feed back!.
Yes we are shipping kits everyday now and catching up on orders. Also have a few stage 2 guys will be running this weekend.
I have over 1000kms on my own and sore arms from how hard this sled pulls at 15 PSI boost.
The intercooler mount system is by far the best out there and is rubber mounted.
Competitors will be copying a few things to catchup on trick stuff.
I would like to hear about any great ideas to help us in the future.
Cam timing Jig tool is the best thing since slide bread!
Sorry to all the guys that had been waiting for us to release these kits but we want top notch products that are tested and perform to what we would ride on.
Everyone that has rode my Nytro have been very impressed and can't believe how hard this thing pulls. Guys have told me snappy compared to supercharger and way more power.

From the pictures and information I have seen, the Powderlites kit seems to be a step above the others. What is the difference with the Stage 2 kits? I can't find any information about it on the Powderlites website.

Stage 2 is running strong and will have kits out to upgrade to soon.
Right now we are only sending out a few stage 2 untill next week.
Short track stabilzer bar is very stiff so I took it out for mountain riding.
Shocks are great compared to mountain sleds shocks.
No one notice the rear skid? LOL
AD Boivin ZX2 Yellow all plastic! Yes been working with them and now it is very nice to ride.
Lightweight single shock/spring, quick adjustment for transfer and coupling,

Haha pretty hard to see the color of the skid in that picture lol
Im thinking on my next sled that the short track then lengthening it is the way to go the mountain versions shocks suck
So hows the ZX2 doing for transfer control?

are you running a 144" track? Tunnel extention looks good too...

Would like some more info on your new turbokit. Is the exhaust coming out in 'stock' location out back? What kind of numbers are stage 1 running? How much boost? On pump without shim?

FX Nytro turbo

Track is 153 X 15 X 2.25 camo
I am going to change to 156 X 16 to get more flotation and traction.
There is the hindle exhaust and you can flip the muffler 180 degrees to clear gas can!

I have the nytro running now with the new Powder Lites turbo kit. I have to last week this time I was installing a Simons Cpr kit. That was a long hard job compared to this Nytro kit. Dave I have to say you have done one heck of a job on these. cant wait to ride it it seems to idle and respond so smoothly. Great kit Powder Lites. Keep up the good work.

15 lbs should be about 280 hp. Will this kit work for us flatlanders.

We to are also in the process of installing one of Dave's kits this is my first kit from him and all I can say WOW it is awsome looking just about done engine is back in nytro!!
One thing that I have to add is the customer service is incredible Dave is helpful and very willing to help the cam timing tool make the job go so much better!!! DAVE KEEP UP THE AWSOME WORK!!!!

The yellow skid looks wicked in there.
Is it a hole bunch lighter then the stock mtx nytro skid?

Daves customer service is second to none. We had differences on a couple issues over the years but I always return to Powder Lites. Dave is honest its that simple. As busy as he is now he will take calls and answer questions. Dave knows how to build quality parts. I had a front mount ape he built the last header for it . It runs at 16lbs of boost and now has over 3500miles on it no cracking . That is impressive along with his double down pipe guys . The down pipe I feel is a work of art.
