I haven`t been able to ride alot this winter - due to wrenching on my sled.

But I finally got her toghether - what a blast with boost :jump: If something is spelled wrong is due to looooooooooong arms after riding today - LOL!

I bought a used kit. That`s been upgraded with (new hoses, bypass vavle, billet carb caps, billet T`s, mcx carb rings, AN fittings in intercooler plenum chamber, wideband, liquid filled boost guage etc.)

I runs like a champ thanks to all of you members (spray25, skydog, woodsrider, Jonny Rocket, rxrider, ted j. etc..) that has posted in the turbo- and RXM section. Your posts has been such a great help under the the install :rocks:

It puts a big smile on my face every time!

Added some pics of the AN-fittings welded to the plemun chamber of the aribox/intercooler.

It is a tight fit if you have the stock battery and battery tray. You have to remove the plastic cover that goes over the battery to make it fit. I also added some foam/polstery (not sure if it's the right word) to the battery tray. This was done to prevent any rubbing on the battery.

Here is some updates for the summer:
- cr-racing speedometer bracket
- boost and wideband bracket
- tunnel supports (apex mountain tunnel)
- aluminium plate where the speedometer used to go.

Tunnel supports and aluminium plate are self made and cut out on a water jet. If someone need the CAD file after installing a wildchild kit - let me know and I will mail it to you.

Cool tuning fork plate to cover up the speedo hole, need one as well :-)

obr and rxrider:

Send me a pm with your email, and I will mail you the CAD-file for the plate and the email address to the company I used.

I have used Grenland mekaniske AS two times to cut ot parts - excellent service.

Obr:

I have e-mailed you the AutoCad file
