I'm hoping that Yammie gets the hint and changes at the last minute and offers a Black XTX.

Ideally it would have Float 2's up front and the Floats form the Pro-Mountain in the back making it an XTX SE.

However I'd be happy for just another paint option. It'll save me from having to do a custom paint job if I decide to get an XTX versus stretching the Mono.

Personally the sled is just too high class to offer in just the Blue and Red.

The red is not bad but it's the same as my Venture.
 
Has anyone changed a current xtx skid over to all floats and removed the torsion springs?

I don't care so much about the color, although more choices would be nice. You guys realize that an xtx se with floats all around will probably be pushing 16,000 right?

Mike Carver at Carver Performance has a Nytro RTX that he has removed the torsion springs from and installed Fox Floats all around. Not an XTX, but that tells me it can be done easy enough. He says it saved a TON of weight.

I've seen the sled. Pretty spec'd up. The ultimate big bump sled!

Good point, but it'd be cheaper/easier than having to do it yourself aftermarket, which is what i'd end up doing!!!!!!

:Rockon: That sounds awesome! That would be just what I want. If the mountain skids can be all air, I can't see a reason for the xtx not to be.

Are there pics of this anywhere?
 
They has a red 2011 Apex XTX on the ride today. I'm not really a red guy.. the black SE looked awesome and the blue is always nice. A black XTX would look killer.
