Me and my riding buddy ntm_08 figured its abut time we start a thread from the Nytro Garage.
I¨ll start of with some pictures from this weekend in the garage.
We have just got a MCX 180 kit installed on both of our sleds,
and found out some things more that had to be done....
As you can see on the pics we got some things sorted out today..
- OFT Roll over Tether kit
- BilletX wheels
- Turbo pressure gauge

Yeah. I'm really looking forward to test it. Just have to get the extroverts installed first.
God blessed us with some snow tonight, so the first ride is not that far away!

This is what I did before last season
First it was the OFT Racing Relocator kit, incredible improvement!

Next
Timbersled Mt.Tamer. I can not describe what a difference it made!
PowerClaw track is just incredible
Some pictures of the installation
I also mounted some Slydog wheels and ice scratchers at the same time.
Then i changed gearing from 22/40 to 19/40
Broken bolt issue, of course

Some pics of how i routed the wires for my new taillight. I did not want to run them on the upside of the tunnel extension, so this is how i solved it..

This week i figured it was about time to get the extros installed, and decided to change the drive/jackshaft bearings as well.
A big thanks to a fellow TY'er, and good friend kimoaj here on the forum for great help with this! Yamaha guys are the best!
Disassembly:
New parts:
Skid removed, and a quick verification of the extros:
Both driveshaft and jackshaft removed:
Check the look on kimoaj's face - He is proud to finally get to work on a Nytro turbo!
New drivers on the shaft:
Jackshaft bearing changed, and greased up:
Ready to start up and test:
Now im just waiting for some more snow to get it tested properly!

Upgrades for 2010-2011 season
Started with new rails by Timbersled ( Ice-Age )
And new drop brackets, Black
Then some OFT-Racing products!
Moto-R kill w` jacobson roll-over valve
Roest instrument panel vent
Next mission : Tapered tunnel mod
To handle the extra horsepower, the track need to be fully clipped
When i first saw this, i just had to try.
Flexy-fiber windscreen
Boost gauge ( digital )
The stock shocks is pure garbage
. New shocks? Indeed !
Fox Float 2
Then some tunnel support/grippers from Skinz
And the finished product, for now at least

If you start polishing the tunnel tomorrow morning then maybe it will shine like mine before we go riding next weekend
