    Wifes 08 Vector has 600km, sounds like ice in an empty glass at hot idle, dealer says normal. Too bad, ruins an otherwise great sled.

    Guys Just installed a rear heat exchanger on my wifes 08 Vector and wondered if anyone has any tips on the bleeding procedure. The rear exchanger itself has a bleed screw as did the pipe I removed. Thanks in advance!

    Curious, did it just have an oil-change???? Heard of guys forgetting to take off the old oil filter o'ring, installing the new filter and ending up running the sled out of oil due to the leak.

    Interesting thread, wifes sled has 62 kilometeres on it and the clutch is noisy. Dealers claims the engine is so quiet that's why you hear the clutch!!!! What a load of bunk.

    RS Vector Rear Heat Exchanger?

    Just bought a non-current 08 Vector and it doesn't have the rear heat exchanger, just a cross over pipe with a bleed hole. Would like to install one as it gets hot with low snow conditions. Does anyone have a Yamaha part number?
