Nytro 08 with 3000 miles is leaking oil from the oil reservoir bottom of unit and not from the screws or from the o ring. Is there a re-call on these?? If I am out of warranty how do I fix it??

I have a small oil leak where the O ring sits seating in the oil screen that is located next to the drain plug. The O ring is held in place with two alen screws. I am going to replace the O ring. Question should there be a thin paper gasket in this location as well?
