    Factory Yamaha ramps, when I installed the helix back on I was very made sure it dint bind. How does one check play in bushings on the clutch?

    Yes stock clutching, I just changed the Primary spring to BOP soft start and noticed the ramps broken again...

    I keep breaking the little plastic like "ramps" on the secondary, went thru 2 sets now, 2 out of 3 break, leaving a single one to engage the helix. I replaced them all with new ones, same results... any ideas as to why?

    Replacement Track Question

    I have a 1.5 crossover, definitely better then piece of #*$&@ ripsaw.... It has held up pretty good, got about 15 000 km on it not and it will need to be replaced next year, lots of lugs tearing out now. I do about 70 on trail 30 off trail.

    That's a blow of a weekend! I have been thinking of going the Viper route... Tried it out dint like it, read about it, dint like what I read. I will save my dollars and keep driving my high mileage Apex, never let me down, owes me nothing, has towed numerous Ski Doos over the years!

    I found the Schmidt Clutch kits for sale in classifieds, there for a Nytro, would it work in an Apex? What other parts would I need to change while I'm in there? My sled has 26000km and the clutches have never been touched (cleaned every year)...

    Just wondering if anyone knows of a good shop to go to (I live in South West Ontario) that can service and set up clutches for a converted 121 to 144. I am looking for a lower RPM engagement to diminish the trenching on take off in loose snow conditions. Any help would be great. Thanks

    Low oild pressure light

    Fired up the sled after taking it out of storage today and had a low oil pressure light on for approx. 30 second at start up, don't remember ever seeing this at start up before. The engine oil level is right on par. Is this normal? If this is not normal, is there any chances I did engine damage?

    Control rod/limiter strap adjustements

    What is achieved independently when you adjust the control rod and the limiter strap, what effects are obtained with these adjustments? I realize they both control weight transfer.....
