Left side rebound is 24 clicks. Right side rebound is only 8 clicks.
WTF.
I assumed it was frozen so I brought the sled in and it did not free up, still only 8 clicks.
To top it off, I think it is supposed to be 32 clicks??!
Anyone come across this issue before?
Cheers
for those with excell exhaust i have an easy question.
i need to get to my seat to adjust the front because its loose and i dont know how to remove the new excell exhaust cover without possibly breaking it.
does it just pry off? i have the rear tailight cover off and cannot seem to find...
ive got some damage on the inside, middle of the track. there's a 1" cut every other window and it doesn't protrude through.
is this the track letting go or could this have been physical damage (foreign object) ???

96 studs and starting to...

although recently adding berg tripples, shims and ski savers has just about removed all darting...

When I stand on the sled and shift weight side to side, only the left front acts stiff and the right side gives in a bunch before resistance..
Or maybe the right shock is dead?
On my mobile in the woods without a pc... How do I stiffen the rear? I see these plastic looking blocks that say s-m-h. Assuming I have to clock it to harder, but how? Cheers
bergstrom tripples came with ski saver for curve skis. i dont know if thats standard issue or not but the curve ski already has a cutout for the carbide.
do i still install the ski saver? it will make the carbide stick out more...
also theres a natural curve to the new carbides but my old...
When installing Oilite bushings, do you retain the plastic cupped washers on the inner control arm bushings??
It's damn tight fit and I'm worried about doing damage by forcing it into place, however if the plastic washers aren't installed then there is significant slack.
What should I do?
holy crap! this thing f'n rips now! did some upgrades in stages so i was able to see the difference... from stock to now is night and day.
130mph on the dash! 122 probably on radar.
just had the exhaust done and put 200km on it today... f'n awesome!
for those considering it- it isnt...
was riding all day today... my first tank of fuel i got from the city.
my second tank of fuel was sunoco 94 from a small town.
during my second tank my sled began sputtering only after i shut down for a quick piss.
i slowly rolled onto the throttle and it "went away". like they dried...
okay, this is a dumb question but i want to do it right.
do i check the oil level with the dipstick threaded all the way in?
or
with the dipstick resting down on the o-ring?
thanks
My rear spring set is out 2-3mm making it 48mm.
Is it safe to say that I need to add three turns of preload to get that 3mm back for spring set?
Thanks

the new ram air, gear and clutch kit really livened up the sled.
some issues to sort out...
-the steering is very heavy
-no grip on iced corners
-more than wanted ski lift on powering out of corners
if i lean into it i can keep the...
my sled came with a new ripsaw prestudded 96 hole.
in the morning it on cold days it hooks up great but by mid-day it is super loose.
is it possible (or deemed ok) to add more studs for grip? like adding double studs every other row? or will it mess up the balance of the track?
