    The specific sled model does not matter.... It is the theories and techniques behind this that I want to understand and learn. This is a picture of all 4 different flyweights that the sled in question was equipped with during all production years from the factory.

    OK, everything is back together and working. ...but the track lugs is awfully close to the exhaust system at the back of the sled above the shaft. How much oil should it be in the chaincase ?

    OK, skid is out and the track is already gone since it had broken and I have start to take the chaincase off. Do I really need to dismantle the INNER half of the chain case to get the lower driveshaft out ?

    OK, so these sleds have tunnel protectors from factory ( I wasn't aware of that ) but since no one over here in Europe use studs in the track, that should not be a problem to run without them. What about maximum lug height combined with stock drivers ?
