I searched but don't see a vendor for donuts...other than ebay. I got my first set from Crewcheif (Sledtoyz) but I that website is gone I see.
Do I go to ebay or is there a Canadian selling this stuff still?
Thx
2006 GT...the shock icon only appears briefly when I initially turn the key to on.
There is 11.89 volts on the EC harness at the shock with the key on. But the solenoid does not click. If I hook the solenoid direct to 12v it does click. I've tried 2 shocks and no difference. The shock feels...
Back story: I happened to blow a belt last weekend...so I'm using a well used spare. I rode yesterday for 100kms and at some point my jack shaft bearing disintegrated. The conditions were soft and about 8C. I didn't notice the bearing issue...sled ran fine...but I'm guessing it allowed for some...
I know most of the ins and outs...I've done it a few times...but...
I'm looking at a sled from Ohio where they do not title sleds...has anyone imported a sled into Canada without a title/ownership?
Thanks!
Just got home from the season finally of the CSRA. It was great to see the YMUS factory team in action!! The last race is held at a local ski resort (Horseshoe Valley) so there was lots of snow even in the 10C weather. Hayden led from start to finish and Taylor was second for most of the race...
If you haven't heard it seems that District 10 of the OFSC has been shut down by the ministry of labour. There's more info on the OFSC web site and on ontarioconditions.com.
THIS IS BAD..potentially for the entire province.
Has anyone ridden for any distance without the transfer rod in the mono? I had a bolt break and I've lost the spacer and the needle bearing inside the end of the rod. It doesn't look like I'll get the parts for the weekend and was wondering if I should just take it out and ride. I know I must...
We've had a GREAT start to the 07/08 season here in central/southern Ontario. This morning I awoke to another 12" of fresh powder...which is a huge surprise as we barely get that much in an entire season!! I've got my sled here at my home to do the pre-season maintenance...which is only half...

10 minutes after the video was shot the RTX ran 120.6 on radar lol. Not bad for completely stock sleds!!!!
I LOVE this time of the year!!
I really don't know if I've just really messed up the sync but I seemed to have dropped a cylinder during the process.
I may have just fowled a plug but I'm not sure..here's the story...
I'm using a ball style sync tool (my mercury tool is at the cottage...) and I got all the balls lined...
Is it a must that the EVAC routing go up and over the filters? I'm only concerned with appearance so if it has to go up there then that's what I'll do but it looks alittle neater down low.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks.
Anyone have an install guide for the bender stage 2? I'm installing one shortly and I have heard so weird stuff...head shims and valve shims. I understand the need for a head shim or L/C pistons...but the valve shims have me stumped. I'm wondering if this isn't as straight forward as I thought...
Any thoughts on using JB weld to help seal a small leak I have on my front heat exchanger?
I just bought an 05 RX and it seems that it took a good hit to the belly. The outside of the exchanger is fine but there is a small drip on the inside around the hose inlet. I'm not sure there is an...
