Well it didn't sell for what I thought it should be worth, just such a dam nice machine I decided to keep it! Still love my Apex, maybe too much for a loaner sled, will probably lend the new sled to good buddies who used to ride and keep my SE for a while longer.

16,500 miles is huge mileage on the original track, must not spin too much! While track is being done, probably best at that mileage to do the jackshaft & driveshaft bearings, all bearings in chaincase, seals & o rings ect...Ready for another 16,500 LOL

Amso make sure your adjusting your floats with the ski in the air, not loaded. If air pressure is set on the ground there is no where near enough pressure in them and the sled will act insane, deadly darting. Yeah I learned that from experience, just forgot to lift it up before checking...Just...

If I remember correctly your RTX is a Mono skid. Limiter strap on both my 06 & 11 Apex's is always very slack even tightened up 2 holes. Your front & rear pre-load will have a small effect on this also. If it handles well as is, don't worry be happy!

Have the Yamaha Accessory Oilite kit in my hands SMA-8FTFR-KT, front bushing kit. Most fit but knuckle bushings are smaller on the MY 06-10. Couldn't use the knuckle bushings, OE are much bigger. Maybe something changed in the kit? Or mine is mis-packaged?
