whats the jet for in the turbo , i have a 200 hex main jet in there now, but want to run a boost controler( electronic or manual , have not choosen one yet) can i take it out or will i over boost. this sled is for asphalt only so it will be running race gas and the engine is getting built, lc pistons , ported head, ect ect

It's to help restrict / slow down the boost signal to the wastegate actuator when there is only a direct boost signal line to it, so it will build boost / react quicker...
You can remove that restrictor jet it if you install an inline boost controller because that virtually will be doing the same thing for you.
