Black gunk - side panels

I didn't even know what to search for here...
I got black gunk coming out of my side panels on the clutch side...probably belt dust & water...?

looks like belt dust and clutch gunk running out, did it get wet in there??

Idk maybe I didn't get the cover on right one time and it got some snow in there...?

How new is your belt? I have 1,600 miles on my new belt and I think that I am finally seeing less gunk. I am running the new style Phazer belt. G.B.
