Hello all,
I got another interesting one for ya. I noticed on my sled that if I fully grab my brake handle the light turns on and then right back off. If I grab it mid way it stays on. Only at full pressure it de-activates. I checked the assembly under the seat but everything is nice and snug. Any advice?

Have you checked under the brake lever that the tabs on the sensor are whole, should be 2. And that they are in right place
Look into the brake switch under the lever. Two 8mm nuts hold it in place. Remove those and flip it around. With a flat blade screwdriver you can separate the two halves. Inside you will see two metal tabs the contact the drum in the middle, Make sure these tabs are not broken or the metal on the drum has not chunked off. There is a small screw holding each metal tab in place as well as a small plastic locating bump. You can nip off the bump off and adjust the tabs so they contact the drum in the correct manner.
