Always ran studs but this is one of my first rider forward sleds. How do the rest of you prevent the track from spinning on the concrete? I resorted to using dollies on the front ski's but it would still spin.

Would rubber mats that are used for cattle work better? I dread what this thing is going to do to my trailer. Even my old triple triple xcr 800 wouldn't spin.

Put another dolly under the track & pull or push into garage

Horse mats or a 5/8 OSB (oriented strand board). The horse mats are heavy duty, I use them without any issues but my neighbor uses OSB as a sacrificial layer and I might try that next year as the runners pretty much glide over the OSB.

how does he keep the OSB from spreading apart when going from one to the other?

He has some straps that are screwed in every few inches and span from one piece to another. There are also glides on it that are longer than the last sheet. I think its a 4x8 or 4x9 sheet and a 4x4 sheet or something like that, he leaves his sled just inside the garage door.

I purchased stall a mat from Pevey mart and cut a 4x8 piece into 3 strips. Works good by bringing the sled up to the floor edge and put a dolly under each ski, then continue to drive in (with the track on the mat strip). Throw the 3rd dolly under the track at the end of the mat. All good.
MS

So our business is throwing these out/5s'ing them as they no longer need them. I wonder how well they can handle a 650lb sled
