Yes jump relay with screw driver.

Sounds like a dead battery...

When my relay failed it did not click. So I would also say weak or dead battery. So pull away.

or just give it a jump.

My relay clicked when the starter went, not sure you'd hear a click if the battery was dead. FYI 700 miles on the after market starter and it's fine so far.
