Error Code 46

I know how to find the sticky about what the code means, but I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what may be a possibility to fix it? I parked at a local tavern (15 miles after leave) and I shut it off. Came back to start it, and it blinked this code. I then shut it down and restarted it and it disappeared. Throughout the day it would blink at me ever so often and then shut off from time to time. When it is blinking, it will not allow me to adjust my handwarmers. I notice that my hand grips have slid down a bit and wonder if perhaps the element going bad may be triggering the code. Any help would be needed???? I did recently change the starter relay if that factors in at all.

I bet is on a wire or bad batt.
