Alright, I give up. I have all 5 of the chain case cover screws off that darn thing, and still it won't budge off. Tell me the trick!

Grab the part for the calliper at top with one hand and other hand on bottom. Start wiggling or try engaging the reverse lever to pop it out.

Stupid........ hadn't pulled the two 10 mm head bolts that hold the tensioner and the reverse gears in/on with the cover...........

I think it was the 2 am part, combined with 2 children under the age of 4, a full time job, a loving wife with house renovations, and my desire to SNOWMOBILE...... that got me more than the age......
