What can be done to help an ltx in the powder? Bigger skis of course. What about the transfer rod?...take it out? Any risk of shock damage? Pull limiter straps? Anything else?
Rod out could result in blown shock. Reduce ski pressure as much as possible.
1) Loosen front coils as much as possible.
2) front clickers on position 1
3)Tighten front skid shock coil as much as you can without losing total control for on trail cornering. (as this Will happen)
4) let limiter straps out all the way. there is a hole hiding under the washer on the top.
5) rear clicker on position 1
6) Take blocks off transfer rod

6.9 pilots work well and keep the front from diving in the deeper snow.
