It has torsion springs...but can't find anywhere in the manual or online that clarifies the point.

The XTX is uncoupled and does not have Torsion Springs... the LTX Does.

Should have clarified...I was speaking of a phazer xtx...went out in the shop and checked...it has torsion springs and blocks so I am going to say it is coupled.

I think all the Phazers skids are coupled and basically the same design.

My bad... I should have known it was in the Phazer Section.... Yes Phazer XTX is a coupled suspension.
