Jackshaft locking collar question

Does everyones spin with the secondary? I got mine tight but I can't remember if they turn with the secondary or not, mine spins right along with the secondary. Thanks

Are you asking if the collar turns with the shaft/secondary?
YES. But bearing outer should be tight in the cast member and NOT turn.

If the collar didnt run with the secondary it would be spinning on the shaft and that would be very bad and the reason some of the 03's shafts failed as the collar cut thru the shaft. The inner race of the bearing is fixed to the shaft the outer race is fixed to the sled.
