besides the e brake probably being toast now, do i have to worry about any other damage?

I guess worst case the rotor could warp.
On my old sled I left mine on for like 10km, and was doing high speed runs. All that happened was I boiled the brake fluid a little, gave it a quick bleed and had no problems after that.

Depends on how tight the e brake was when it was on. I did this to mine after I bought it and my e brake wasn't adjusted very tight and it didn't hurt much.

Every Yamaha clutch will have that groove to a certain extent. Its because the belt is so hard. As long the sheave isn't cracked it wont do anything.
