Picked up a 11 phazer mtx. Guy replaced track but took off outside bogie wheels because of old track having rips on the end, and not putting outside bogies back on when replacing with new track. When trail riding it hums pretty bad like a truck with 37" tires on highway when going above 40. Was wondering if switching the inside bogies to the outside will make a difference. I dont have any on the outside at all. Thanks ahead of time!

Heres what it is now.

odds are you are hearing the track clips hitting on the slider plastic. i would put the wheels back on as it will cut down on the slider wear/noise. looks like you are only missing the 2 where the torsion springs mount to the rail.

the 09 rtx/x in my signature has 2 marginal snow wheel kits mounted on the rails in front of the rear suspension pivot at the rails. using the same rails as you have when i made it into a 144.

Thanks! think im going to convert it to a 121" woman wants to ride and going to be letting her use this and get a different sled for next season.
