No "R" or beeping when in reverse

Just changed the reverse motor on a friend's 2014 Viper. It goes into reverse and forward no problem but there is no beeping and no R displayed on the dash. I've changed one on my 16 Viper before and no issues.It was a new replacement motor from ebay. Thanks!

make sure you plugged in the plugs that are by it. Two I think, one for actuator and one for the sensor.

I found that the sensor that is stuck to the case had come loose. Just used a little silicone to reattach it. Seems to work fine again. Thanks!
