Just woundering if some guys who have built there own turbo header could post some pics.i am trying to get some ideas on where to start.thanks

start by getting your self flange motor/turbo flange get inspiration from existing kit and depending on your welding equipment pick the right material and thickness keep in mind some turbo kit keep the stock 3-2-1 header and they make just has much power has the guy with custom turbo manifold......

One easy cheep option is to get a cast header from ulmer racing he had some left over from when he was making his own turbo kits. Alpine motor sports also made some up.

Are you looking to do a midmount/frontmount turbo? Cuz if you're doing a rear mount, all the kits use the stock header.

Need more info on your plans. The key to header longevity is in placement and support. I am running a mild steel 3 into 1 that is 4 seasons old and has not cracked. It is a midmount configuration that has great throttle response. It does require repositioning of the fuel tank but that in itself is another improvement.
