looking for someone on here that has taken the tunnel off and powder coated it how long did it take cost and how to reinstall it didnt look is it rived on thanks
Looking for the same kind of info. Promised myself I would never polish the tunnel again, only way to keep that promise is to throw some color on it.

Nice idea, but a lot of work! I have thought about it too, but I think I am going to get someone to wrap my tunnel before next season.

im in the process of getting mine off for the same reason. there are alot of rivets holding it on. With everything off its probly around 60 rivets i think. cost for coating will depend on where you take it all coaters charge different amounts. im thinking it will be around 250 to 300 bucks to coat it. Just a guess tho.
