Ok, so I have an 06 Vector Gt went to grease the rear suspension and found out that some rocket scientist decided it was ok to only tack weld the grease fitting on one side. as soon as I went to put grease in it all of the grease started pouring out around the base of the fitting. Ended up pulling the suspension apart so I could get the darn thing greased. . anybody else seen this ? Or am I just the choosen one who got the lazy welder on the line that day.

All three of my sleds did this. I just used JB weld and it works good.

JUST FINISH THE STUPID THING SO WE CAN GO RIDING
besides if they really wanted you to grease the sled they would've added about a dozen more zerks where they belong

I have a 06 Rage and it did it when I tried to grease it first time. Called the dealer and he fixed it under warranty. They work great now.

FWIW, 1999 Vmax and 2000 Vmax have the same type zerk installation. (Tack weld one side)
