Ordered BOP fuse box relocate and soft clutch spring I was able to install both but it was pretty hard to do the relocate jamming my 6'3" 250 hands in there because removing the hood portion I have never done and didn't want to break anything. Any info or pic of how to do so would be appreciated.

Too easy.
1) Take off both sides
2) Remove 6 screws. 2 in the front leading edge on the bottom. They will unscrew straight down. The whole leading edge up front is part of the hood. 2 are located by the ski arms on either side and unscrew downward. The angle will just miss the arm itself. Finally, two on either side where the gas tank panel meets the hood panel. They are exposed when the side panels are removed and unscrew up.
3) Remove the black grill in front of the handle bars at the base where the handle bars go inside the panel. It sort of snaps/sits in place. Should remove easily if you give it a bit of a push or pull, don't remember which direction off the top of my head.
4) Reach under the gunge cluster where you removed the black grill and disconnect the wire harness. There is a little clip you will have to push in.
Sorry, I don't have pictures... If you are having trouble, I can take some tonight. Let us know how it goes.

Might as well do air box mod while you are in there.
It's in FAQ section under Body

I'll let stingray comment on that, I haven't ridden a sled yet with the airbox mod but will this winter, have heard good reviews on it!
