Replacement upper guide wheels

These may be the way to go. The rubber should help prevent flatspotting from Ice. I recommend buying new 6006 bearings (stock Phazer) for them though since ones in there are CHINA and I have seen failures of bearing. Part # and cost TBD but they are off a 2014 AC SnoPro 600. Let us know how they work out long term if you choose to try these.

Would you have the exact model number of the sled? Like ZR 6000 RR? Parts catalogs list by these model numbers. The ZR 6000 RR seems to be the closest relative of the racing version but the pictures I'm getting of the wheel are different (no radial ribs like the one in your pic) and the part # is usually stamped on the wheel. Maybe the online fiches haven't caught up yet.

Cool! That site prices it at $30. I went to PartsPitStop and they price it at $24 and they occasionally send out discount code emails. I'm also going to check with my local AC dealer as I will need a pair soon.

Depending on the price from AC, I wonder if the aftermarket might have a similar replacement. This wheel is used with the following models:

Yes 3604-616 is the wheel # from a 2014 SnoPro 600.

Just picked up the wheels today, they look good , these are going to be great. Tonka wheels would be a great upgrade compaired to the stock Yamaha wheels though
