why wont my Apex Gt get over the 100 mph?

Is the Fire burning in all 4 of the holes....Old fuel or bad plug(s)

Its only got 9000 kms. Pretty sure all four holes are firing. How would I check?
Maybe drag , if all your wheel bearings are shot is like putting on the brakes.
Driveline bearings shot
Clutches dirty or wore out
Belt wore out thin and stretched
Bad fuel old etc
Plugs dirty or fouling
Snow conditions?
Throttle not WFO
E-brake on ?
Going up hill ..
How far are you from 100? are you looking at speedo or gps.

Why would you want it in km, all trail markers in Canada which I see you are from are in km.
What year Apex is it?
Is it new to you?
Have you checked it with a GPS?
If you are not getting 100mph on the stock speedo, on the older Apexs, you have a very serious issue as the stock speedo over indicates by @ 16 % ++
Maybe someone has taken a couple teeth off the speedo trigger gear as I have done to mine.
Cutting 2 teeth causes the speedo to under indicate by @ 2% at 100mph...much better.

why would youdo that...I don't think mine has been touched. 09 have not checked it with a gps

I have done this on my Supercharger to get the Speedo closer... its on 06 Apex.
