My sled have a hard time getting down to idle when getting warm, last year I had to hit the throttle often to get it to come down, does this effect the whole register?

How to test it, clean it? Change it?

Usually its not the IAC you have a vacuum leak somewhere. I had a issue with a bobbing idle it would surge, almost die, surge again, etc. I went down the road of the IAC but I found a pin hole leak by happen stance and it fixed all my problems. You can remove it and clean it if you want. I looked at mine and it was like new. I was shocked compared to a car that can have carbon build up, this thing was clean. Good luck.

Im gonna check for vaccum leakage on wendsday its my bet to, but my idle is steady but high, but it drops down but it takes forever.. a little brakeclean will tell me :)

If its the AIC and it dont get better i just remove it.
