So I had picked up a brand new left over 2023 SRX from a local dealer. I have been going through the sled and getting it ready for the season and have been finding a lot of issues with the dealer prep.
Does anyone know if the dealer installs the plastic torsion spring holders or do they come with them already assembled. On my 23 SRX they have the collar sitting inside the plastic mount rather than on the back side like my 17 LTX LE is.
The first two pics are my LTX LE, it looks like I should have a place these holders as the torsion spring is wearing into the plastic. The last two are my brand new SRX.

Just checked my 2019 SRX and 2016 Viper and they are the same as the LTX in the first 2 pics

I believe its like that to hold the spring tail at proper offset.
