Upper A Arm Collar identification

So I searched around the forum to see if I could find my answer but no dice and the local Yamaha dealer said they cannot give the dimensions of the parts I'm looking for.

I have a 2010 XTX with bastardized beat up swapped out front end parts done by the PO. I found a used, but pretty much new set of upper and lower A arms for a sweet deal but here is the issue.

The upper A arm collar I removed has the dimensions as follows:
L = 190 mm or (71/2")
OD=15mm or (37/64)
ID= 10.31mm or (25/64)

The newer upper A arm I am installing needs a collar with an OD of 17.83, the length and ID I guessing will be the same as above.
Yamaha numbers I found are 8HK23373 00 00 or 90387 10058 00.

Which number above is the larger diameter collar (46), and will the existing upper bolts (47) work for the larger collar?

8HK-23373-00-00 is the larger OD. the only year the smaller diameter collar was used was 2008 (08 and 09 for the MTX Nytro)
