Had the same question a couple of days ago:

I ended up using my own, couldn't find a metric straight edge. From the bare end of the speedo side(minus pick up gear) I used 4 9/16" and 13 5/8" to center of each of the drivers.

Hi, Just made new measurements and when i installed this shaft both wheel need to be moved 3mm more left, so add 3mm for both values. Thanks Reimond
Reimond, i cant se your measurement at all in the first post. so what was you conclusion bout the measurement.?
btw, do i need to trim the doo no-slip drivers, ive read somewhere they otherwise may hit someting in the boggie.(I have the monoshock boggie)

Guys, headed out for the weekend. If nobody replies and you need these dims quickly, I can only tell you the dims I used have over 3000 miles on them without incident. Suspension in use is not relevant. These dims won't change regardless.
If you want to come up with your own dims, you want to mount the new drivers dead center between the existing drivers....
You can confirm driver center to center using dims derived from the window openings in the track itself. Hope this helps! FWIW
