replace plastic bushings on front a arms with o lites, i believe ulmer sells them, i believe they updated these on the 09 models and up. otherwise i have 11,000 miles on my 06 apex, had to replace stator and crank sensor at 7,000 miles, updated front arm in rear suspension, it is know to crack...
its probably the crank sensor, or stator,i had to replace mine at 7, 000 miles, i believe it was throwing the 11 code but i am not positive. stator tested good but crank sensor was bad, had to replace stator because its all one piece with crank sensor.
check your buttons on the secondary, (what rides on the helix). sometimes they crack or break, i had one break and it was binding a little bit. hope this helps, good luck. oh and make sure you have your spring on the secondary in the right holes. stock is 6 hole.

Sounds like you let off the gas and the belt didnt have a chance to roll enough to get back to the top. I have had this happen a few times when I first got my sled. Just give her a little room to roll out.
I have been using the graphite last 4 years and will only use them, I can usually get a season or about 1,200 to 1,500 miles. The regular hyfaxes last for me 500 to 900.
Have you checked your track alignment? that could be one thing. Make sure it is even on both sides. Have you put on the 4 th wheel kit on the rear axle? That seemed to help for me, I buy the idler wheels from Dennis kirk, 23.00 dollars a wheel, I have put 1000 miles on and they are still there...
