you are correct, I have no speed reading on my cluster anybody have a used speed sensor for sale?

i just want to bypass temp for the sake of narrowing down the problem then i can address one thing at a time

i have riden the sled since i fixed the bearing problem might be the gear ate into the senser and it might be too far away or shorted going tear into it again this eav.

how do you by pass the tors i think i would like to try that also i am going to take a look at the speed senser again

got it started by wiglling the harness at the solinoid

yes the lower one behind the secondary is the one i changed but i rode it last year after the new bearing, speedo worked fine i did have some acceleration issues last year with the tors but it ran fine most of the time

yes it was unhooked all summer I realy need help here, i want to sell this one and get a newer one cant do that wiyh a yellow light flashing on the guages

wwhen i hold the buttons for 8 sec. and turn the key on i get a d1 display if i scroll down to 62 and push the hand warmer button nothing happens what am i doing wrong i have a code 42 and 84, fixed jackshaft bearing last year because of the code 42 not shure why i have a code 84

when i turn on the key the fuel pump prims but when i turn the key to crank NOTHING silence what could be the problem? relay?

i also get no clearing with the hand warmer switch when i put it into diag mode it only diplays d1 i can scrool thru numbers to get to 61 or 62 but the handwarmer switch does nothing

i bent a piece of aluminum about 14x5 and drilled holes to mount it to the tunnel and holes to mount the flap had to mess with how many deg. i wanted it bent works good looks good

You do not have to wear a helmet on private property, however i have seen this happen in the stageing lot

im thinking shorted to the drive shaft suts off fuel, but open(big airgap) no spedo only

well the new bearing is in and the speed sensor is ground down an eighth of an inch but the sled runs and drives but no spedo i dont understand why before it would not drive and now its fine with no speed signal

just replaced my driveshaft bearing $32.00 at the yamaha dealer ordered 2 more online $6 each $16 with shipping (Timken yae25rr)
