I'm going to give it a shot. Tried Star's setup last season and it worked good. Hell this may make it better. If not I can always go back.

Quick question, I have my skid shocks at Hygear right now and they told me to eliminate the Star linkage on the front shock due to it removing the rising rate of the spring/shock. Said to leave Star kit in rear as it works really well.
Thoughts?

nytro injectors. you need to get a manual, chapter 7 has some good reading for trouble shooting fuel delivery problems and self diagnose thru the instrument cluster.
Just follow the fuel supply line up to the fuel rail (back side of engine) injectors are between throttle bodies and valve cover. I do have a diagram at home, currently up north winterizing boats and pwc's. Let me know if you want me to send diagram on Monday.

Rivits are 3/16" steel. You can order from Grainger or McMaster Carr. Just get the proper grip range for the material your fastening together. I also use backup washers.

I would try letting the sled idle and unplugging one injector at a time and see if that changes the way it idles. If not start looking at fuel system. Pump, filters plugged line.

Try spraying carburetor cleaner around the throttle bodies with the sled running and if there is a leak your rpm's will increase.

my muffler has a few dents and dings from trail debris, but no marks or rips from studs. i switched to a 1.75 track (no studs) for this season and appears to be plenty of clearance. you should be good to go.
I have run same setup for two seasons with no problems. I do have the magnaflow muffler pretty far back in the tunnel, also have full protectors.

I wouldn't think you would need to do a full oil change. Fill dry sump tank to full line on dipstick, start engine, let run a couple minutes, shut off and recheck level. Add (or remove) oil as needed.
Good luck. I think you will be fine.
