Make sure it has the DuPont hyfax. An oversized wheel kit might be a good idea. The stock set up with stock hyfax wear down in a weekend.

You might want to look at the exup cables. I have had mine replaced twice in 4000 miles. Larger wheels in rear skid is a good idea.

I have had longer slide life with the pioneer wheel kit. It did come with 2 additional wheels and blocks. I'm sure the excell kit does the same thing. I would get an extra wheel or two. If you're on a trip, you can't get a excell wheel at the dealer.

I would say I'm getting a lot more slide life with the wheel kit. I went with the pioneer kit just so I could use yamaha wheels. If you do the excell I would get a spare wheel or two. When you're on a trip you can't get an excell wheel at the dealer .

I I didn't do that well with just duponts. 300 miles on stock slides. 1500 miles on duponts. Well over 2000 miles and counting on duponts and pioneer wheel kit.

Yeah, I hear ya. I finally just got the guts to spend the money on the 13mm sway bar. That took me 2 years. We'll see if that's worth it.

I have the pioneer wheel kit with the DuPont slides. So far I've got 2500 more miles than the stock slides and wheels. Slides still look good. I like being able to use yamaha wheels. A lot easier to get a wheel on short notice
