Went to load up today to get out of here for a bit. After the thing finally started(relay problem) it sounded like a shot gun blast! Found out the header pipe was broke right in two. Seemed to of broken right at the weld. Anyone else had this problem?

Anyone else have a broken bolt bouncing around in your chain case? Dealer called today and said it was in there for awhile. Thats 5 bolts that fell out or broke in 2700 miles. :o|
Just so everyone knows there will update coming out for the 08 Nytro. I was dropping mine off Saturday and the dealer told me its going to be sitting awhile until they get the updated parts! He was fully aware of the problem also!! Thanks Yamaha for stepping up
I know this has been brought up before but who has had the ball joints covered under warranty? Did you have any problems from the dealer saying regular wear and tear? I just want to be prepared for issues I may encounter when scheduling to get them replaced
I have had this horrible rattle in my exhaust. It sounds like the thing is going to fall apart. I have checked everything and all the parts are tight. Anyone else experience this?

Are there different thicknesses of shims to buy for the secondary. The belt sits down to far its flush with the sheeves. Now its up a little to high so I get the squeek. I have also ground down the inner part of the primary to try to get the belt to come up further on the top end. Not much but...
I have just noticed the rear of the track vibrating when I added more stud with double backers. I had 96 and it was smooth now with 120 or something like that it vibrates at around 70 and up. It really hasnt affected the top end much because its been lacking since it was broken in. It seems like...
I know these Nytros are supposed to rev out at 9100 but for some reason mine wont. Can see about 9000 then it like to go down to 8900 is there a way to fix this?
