If it is just a procross CR definitely needs to address his statement "blue is true" at the very least implies Yamaha is doing something besides rebadging someone else's product.

The warehouse picture says "Genesis 4-Stroke" on the side. If that's the sled that means a Yamaha 4-Stroke is in it. I'm confident putting a Yamaha 4-stroke in this sled was probably a pretty minor engineering feat for the Yamaha engineers. I bet they have attempted much more difficult things.

One thing is for sure.
If it is a rebadge, even if it has passed through Yamahas qualitys control, even if it is the greatest sled ever made, my relationship with Yamaha is forever changed.

If you`ve been with a girl for 10 years and find out she`s been humpin another guy, things might work out but things will never be the same again.


Man all this hype makes me think of back in the days when we rode 121" with 70-80hp and had the greatest time ever. Sort of makes me wonder where we are headed.

So could you imagine a 550cc Phaser in a similar style sled as cats 500 sno pro? I can, and rumors were out about that also. A great entry sled for them then to compete against Doo, and Poo. Instead of using that dirt bike style sled. I can see this true now also....

Everybody say an extra prayer tonight that the kitty kat rumors are just that - rumors! I just don't see how the manufacturer with the reputation of "most reliable" and "best fit and finish" can pair up with the manufacturer that's on the far worst end of both of those standards! That's the last thing Yamaha needs!

If it is a yamacat :

A high output twin 4stroke with Hibbert winning some races on in blue clothing would not be wrong in my eyes
They made it in moto cross whats the deal with sleds ?
Arctic has the chassi (and rider) to win with and no one makes 4 strokes like Yamaha.
