A better place to put the idle adjuster

After I changed the oil filter, I must have disturbed the idle adjustment as it was too low. Trying to turn it with a screwdriver didn't work as the screw part was worn and the screwdriver would just skip. Only other way was to remove the air box and get to it by hand but it can't be adjusted with the airbox off because it would be inaccurate. Looked for a better place to put it and this was a natural choice. It won't slip back in and can be easily accessed anytime. Worked perfectly.

This should work for Phazers too.
