I got lucky and it came out with no problem at all.The bolt has loctite on it so it will need heat to get out, at least mine did.

Couldn't get mine out, so I put it back together and I have about 7,500 miles on it, no probs. Just at least remove the broken bolt head tho.

This might be the only feature I like about the Yamaha chain case. Any other brand and you would be looking at some serious money to get a whole new chain case. I wonder why they break though? There must be enough slop in there that it puts pressure on the bolt when your moving and it snaps off.Couldn't get mine out, so I put it back together and I have about 7,500 miles on it, no probs. Just at least remove the broken bolt head tho.
