Cool find. He had a drawing mock up with the track system incorporated into a sled chassis ... conventional sit on design that could fold up could be a great light use utility machine. Eventually at some point battery tech will cross over the threshold of limited storage capacity, cost, charge time at which point the internal combustion engine will be a dinosaur.
