Instructions look like you should tap into switched power coming off the ignition switch..

I would send it back and get a normal boost and AFR guage from someplace else... this things is junk. I have been trying to get it to read right without errors on my sled and Yamaha Tims... something is just not right with it... install at your own risk...

I have the autometer boost gauge and it is junk too. Never starts off at 0. It is either at vacuum or boosting at idle depending on where I am at. I always have to zero it before I ride.

I have the Koso boost only guage on my nytro and it has worked great.

I have The AEM on mine and it works great and easy install the best power is the heated shield plug in the right foot well by the revers actuator.

I mounted them behind the gauge pod under the windshield and when I take power away I can run stealth and noone knows its a turbo
