Not starting when cold not fuel pump relay

I have a 2012 Apex XTX. That will not start when cold. This is my 3rd apex
So I'm fimiliar with the fuel pump relay it's not that. What happens is the
Sled will start and shut off after 10 seconds then it will not restart. It turns
Over great but just sputters. Blows black smoke like its flooded. Cracking
Open the air box and hold the throttle wide open helps get it running.
Anyone have this problem???

Check the plugs?

Had the same problem there is a plug connector by the battery box look for a white 3 or 4 prong plug put some grease in the connector and fixed it up on mine..
