I have Heard that the Apex models dont puke oil like the Nytro when Rolling over.
if so whats the difference ? just the oil tank or more ?

The primary difference is that the Nytro oil tank is vented directly to the air box, while the Apex tank is vented to the engine. From there the air flows out through the crankcase vent to the air box.
An Apex can still leak oil when rolled over, however it typically takes a little longer as the oil in the tank has to first pass through the engine before making it's way out to the air box. Primary factors for determining how much oil can leak out are, if the engine is still running for a short period of time while the sled is upside down, the angle at which the sled is sitting at while on it's side or upside down and how long it has been upside down.

I have had several RX-1's completely upside down and only had a little bit in the air box!
