It's funny that you posted that, I was just doing some maintenance on my sled and noticed the same looseness. I just took it apart and greased everything up and slapped it back together.

They are loose fitting. Normal.

Wish they had a nylon washer to stop the knocking noise.They are loose fitting. Normal.
