The box in the OPs first post, I had that for awhile. Put heat tape on the top and still melted the crap out of the box. This was on my 136. You may be ok with an exhaust turnout and the little bit of extra room with the 144.

On mine with 4" bars and straps all the way out, effort wasn't bad at all, but I'm also a big guy so I've got a lot of leverage. Never rode it with stock skis so can't make a comparison. Last year I put a mountaintech front on it and pulled the strap up one hole, and still very comfortable...

I've got the powermadd gauntlets, they are pretty honkingly large and ugly but they work great. In the past I've used them over some smaller off-brand hand guards. I just bought some rox flex guards but I haven't installed them yet, so can't give feedback on how well the gauntlets fit over them...

Now you guys are scaring me. I've got an 08 with original coolant in it. Was getting ready to drain it and replace with new in a few weeks but starting to wonder if I should just leave it.

LOL, lots of skinned knuckles was the trick that worked for me. There probably is some trick to it but I just wedged my meat claws in there and bled.

I'm 6'4", went with the WRP seat and relocator and it wasn't bad, but I still had to hunch over uncomfortably while standing, which I do a lot. Last year I finally added a riser in addition to the relocator, can't remember if it was 1.5 or 2", but the setup is now perfect for me. Still very...
