Hi everyone, I hope someone could give me some ideas cause I'm fresh out of them now. I got a 2008 Apex LTX GT that I put 40 k on and then lost compression in 2 cylinders, upon removing the head I found the exhaust valves had burned out, so I decided to take it a little further and took the...
Why did you change the drivers,
Just curious if there was an advantage to that, I recently swapping my track for the same track but a 144" length from Tracks USA using stock pitch drivers and extended the tunnel and custom made rails to accommodate the same monoshock suspension.

Try a set of Dupont slides..... not so sure if they'll fit your set up but they are really wear resistant, expensive too but worth the purchase to save the head aches.
Wow this is the first I've seen this topic and it describes to a T what I am experiencing with my sled for the last couple years, never knew what it was but once she got about a half hour into a ride it would not stall at stop signs anymore, I guess I got used to it and learned to ride with it...
Update on my sled build, I made a set of 144 rails from aluminum flat bar on the cnc, I made them tipped up in the rear like the XTX's, tip up goes back 11 1/2 inches. I added a tunnel extension, side mounts for spare gas containers and a rear rack for additional storage. I got 4000klms on the...
